Why does PlayStation 3 games list DVD regions?
This is confusing, albeit every PlayStation 3 games is a Blu-ray Disc and has a different region codes. So, I live in Australia and games show Region 4, despite not being a DVD. Why so?

Blu-Ray is a digital movie disk (aka DVD) it has the region code on it because it states what region the disk was made in. Why it actually has it I don’t know. Maybe just to state the region the game was made, but my guess would be it to ensure the user is getting the version of the game they want. Because in some contries like Japan they get better games then the ones exported. One thing I can remember is back with the Sega Genesis the Japanesse Sonic the Hedgehog was a high quality in graphics then the US version of Sonic the Hedgehog. (1)
I also noticed that some time ago except I’m in the US so all my games say 1 on them. Europe should be like 2. I’m not sure for the rest of them.
Either way it shouldn’t matter as the Playstation 3 is region free on all Playstation 3 games.

I know Lair is one of the PS3 games that use the Sixaxis feature…
Does anyone know if Motorstorm, Resistance, The Darkness, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, or Assassin’s Creed use the Sixaxis feature???
OR BETTER YET DOES ANYONE WHERE I CAN FIND A LIST OF GAMES THAT USE SIXAXIS??

First of all dont always believe reviews from websites because they’re usually not right cuz they’re too harsh on games and expect too much and they don’t just rate it on whether they’re fun or not…
